Under no circumstances shall LIT Library be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, any loss of data or profit resulting from use, or the inability to use, the materials on the LIT Library website.

Furthermore, all library patrons must adhere to the following terms:

1. 1.Use of any digital materials and resources in the LIT Library is for educational and informational purposes only — study, research, and leisure.
2. 2.Screenshot, recording, taking pictures, and videos of paid access contents from the LIT Library are strictly prohibited.
3. 3.Commercial use of digital materials and resources and the use of the name LIT Library are strictly prohibited.
4. 4.You are strictly prohibited from using LIT Library materials for any purpose that is not informational, educational, or non-commercial without the consent of the LIT Team.

The contents of open access resources of the LIT Library are made publicly available for study, learning, teaching, research, and other educational and informational purposes.

Resources with library fee restrictions (e.g. Journals, Books, Audiobooks, Podcasts, Filipiniana) adhere to the following terms:

• Library members are not allowed to use the LIT Library and its content for illegal and/or commercial use.
• It is the responsibility of the user to adhere to licensing agreements and the applicable copyright laws for a resource.
