LIT began with a simple idea: to make world-class learning accessible to every Filipino learner. Founded by a team of librarians and innovators, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional libraries and digital access. Today, we continue to evolve with the same mission: to empower every reader, one page at a time.
LIT is a digital library created as a platform for ideas, growth and positive changes.
As a social enterprise, we shall allocate portions of our patron proceeds to enhance the libraries of indigent communities to help enhance literacy and the quality of education.
We are dedicated to providing credible information to the widest audience possible; from seniors to adults, scholars and young children.
We preserve, study, and build collections, disseminate creative literary works, lead community educational programs and so much more.
